In addition to offering this special early bird rate for registering by April 15, 2006, we're providing a flexible payment option to support easeful and accessible participation. This year, registration is also split into two steps: Retreat Program Fee and Lodging & Meal Preferences. Details are below.

STEP 1: Retreat Program Fee
Select your preferred payment option in the "Payment" section of the registration form. Payment options include:
Pay-in-full: One-time payment of $795
Payment Plan: $300 deposit + 3 monthly payments of $165**
*Discounted rate ends April 15
**Deposit due by April 15; Payments will be automatically charged each month; Final payment due by July 15
Once your initial payment has been made, your space is secured, and you'll receive instructions for booking your lodging directly with Elohee.
STEP 2: Lodging & Meal Preferences
After paying your retreat fee, you'll receive a secure payment link to select your room and meal preferences from Elohee Retreat Center.

40% of your total will be due at booking with the balance due 2 weeks prior to the retreat. We recommend that you book early to secure the room type you prefer.
Retreat Participation Terms: Please read the ReYOUnify Retreat participation terms prior to completing your registration.
Travel Insurance: We know that no one books with the intention of cancelling their retreat, but unexpected things do happen. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance that will cover you in the case of unexpected life events or travel issues.
Program Fee Refund Policy: Your payment includes a $300 non-refundable deposit which secures your space. The deposit may be transferred to another eligible/approved participant. Refunds for remaining retreat program fees paid are available (minus a 5% processing fee) until July 1, 2026. No refunds will be provided after July 1, unless your spot can be transferred to another eligible/approved participant.

What is the cancellation policy?
The information below relates to your Retreat Program Fee only. Please review the Elohee Registration and Cancellation policy here.
Retreat Program Fee Deposit: Your Retreat Program Fee includes a non‑refundable but transferrable deposit of $300 USD. The deposit may be transferred to an eligible and approved and may be transferred to another eligible/approved participant. Refunds for remaining retreat program fees paid are available minus a 5% processing fee, until July 1, 2026. No refunds will be provided after July 1, unless your spot can be transferred to another eligible/approved participant. Full refunds are only issued if the retreat is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as airfare or travel costs. Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.
Full payment of Retreat Program Fees is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the retreat.

Can I bring a friend or partner?
Of course! We encourage you to share this transformative experience with a friend or loved one. When you register, simply indicate that you will be attending with a companion, and we will ensure that your accommodations are arranged accordingly. Please note that this retreat is for women only.
Are dietary restrictions accommodated?
Yes, we are happy to accommodate various dietary restrictions and preferences. Please inform us of any specific requirements when you book your stay at Elohee, and our expert chefs will ensure that you are well-nourished throughout your stay.
What is the average group size for this retreat?
To maintain an intimate and personalized experience, we limit the group size to a maximum of 20 participants. This allows for deeper connections, individual attention from facilitators, and a supportive, close-knit community atmosphere.
How do I get to the Elohee Retreat Center?
The Elohee Retreat Center is located in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia. The nearest airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), which is approximately a 2-hour drive from the retreat center. We recommend renting a car or arranging a shuttle service for transportation. Detailed driving directions will be provided when you book your stay.
What should I pack for the retreat?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and outdoor activities, hiking shoes, a journal, a reusable water bottle, and any personal toiletries you may need. You may also want to bring a light jacket or sweater for cool evenings. Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Is there cell phone reception and Wi-Fi at the retreat center?
While there is cell phone reception and Wi-Fi available at the Elohee Retreat Center in some areas, we encourage you to unplug and fully immerse yourself in the experience. This is an opportunity to disconnect from digital distractions and reconnect with yourself and nature. However, we understand the need to stay connected, so limited Wi-Fi access will be available in designated areas.
