ReYOUnify Retreat Participation Terms

By registering for the ReYOUnify 2026 Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Registration and Payment
Your Retreat Program Fee deposit secures your place once payment is received. Payment plan installments will be automatically charged on a monthly basis until full payment has been made. Lodging and meals are booked and paid separately through Elohee Retreat Center and are governed by their policies.

  • Retreat Program Fee & Cancellation
Your Retreat Program Fee includes a non‑refundable but transferrable deposit of $300 USD. The deposit may be transferred to an eligible and approved and may be transferred to another eligible and approved participant. Refunds for remaining retreat program fees paid are available minus a 5% processing fee, until July 1, 2026. No refunds will be provided after July 1, unless your spot can be transferred to another eligible/approved participant. Full refunds are only issued if the retreat is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred, such as airfare or travel costs. Travel and medical insurance is strongly recommended.

  • Lodging and Meals
All lodging and meal arrangements, payments, deposits, refunds, and cancellations are handled directly with Elohee Retreat Center.

  • Travel and Personal Expenses
You are responsible for transportation, personal expenses, spa services, and insurance.

  • Health and Personal Responsibility
The retreat includes breathwork, movement, somatic practices, outdoor activities, and reflective experiences. You are responsible for determining your readiness to participate. Facilitators are not medical nor mental health professionals, and the retreat is not a substitute for medical or psychological care.

  • Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability
You assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless ReYOUnify organizers, facilitators, staff, and partners for claims arising from participation, including those related to third‑party providers.

  • Conduct
Participants must follow retreat guidelines and respect others. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

  • Program Changes
Schedules, facilitators, and activities may change if necessary.

  • Photography and Media
You grant permission for photos or video taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing in advance.

  • Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
